About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Inner peace, global peace, healthy globe, healthy mind, mindfulness, fullness of belly, all the best of life and thereafter!

ABOUT ME

In the past 11 years I've been at home for only 4 of them, I love to not only visit other countries, but to live in them and become part of society. How to truly get to know a place if one is only a tourist??? Now I'm living in Poland with my wonderful Pawel, and next year our adventures continue back home in Canada!!!
Each person we encounter in life, we encounter for a reason. If our paths meet we have something to gain and something to give one another, and from every new aquaintance something to learn.

PHILOSOPHY

The more you give, the easier it is to accept generosity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have only recently joined, so my participation and its purpose shall unfold!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only couchsurfed informally, most recently throughout the ex-USSR republics, and recommend the region to all! Particularly Georgia.... oh sweet georgian wine!

Interests

The gorgeous deep blue sea!

  • birds
  • fish
  • reptiles

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first to jump from a 33m waterfall. Without fear. (I could never do it now!)

Teach, Learn, Share

50% of Earth's surface has already been drastically altered by humans. By 2030 the following percentage of species will be extinct: birds 15%, reptiles 20%, mammals 23%, amphibeans 31%, and FISH 40%! 20% of the rainforest in the Amazon basin has been destroyed, to (mostly) make room for cattle and soy bean.
