Hey, I’m Corban! I’m an interior design student (first year) and a real estate investor with a mission to restore homes and regenerate communities with the magic of design—so you can say I’m a little obsessed with good design and making spaces feel magical. I’ve rehabbed over 18 units and am usually deep into some creative project, but when I’m not getting my hands dirty with design, I’m connecting with people over black coffee (or, let’s be honest, three cups of it).

I’m always happy to share what I’m working on—if you’re curious, I’d love to give you a tour or walkthrough of one of my current projects. But more importantly, I want everyone to feel safe in my space, both physically and emotionally. I’m big on open, honest communication (no B.S. vibes here), so you’ll always know where you stand with me. Whether we’re talking design, languages (I speak three!), or just enjoying a chill hangout, you’ll find my home is as welcoming as it is creatively inspiring.

As your guest, I’m not just passing through—I’m bringing a bit of my story along for the ride. I believe in creating spaces that feel like home, even when far from it, and that extends to how I show up in someone else’s space. I’ve spent a lot of time transforming homes and myself. I’ve learned along the way the most meaningful transformations happen when we reveal just a bit of ourselves—nothing heavy, just a little mystery and magic. There’s something magical in that exchange, where stories meet, and even the smallest moments can make us feel like we’ve always belonged. Discovering treasures both old and new about ourselves. You can expect respect, good energy, and maybe a new perspective or two. I’m here to connect, share, and leave things maybe a little better than when I found them.
