ABOUT ME

I come from the land of ice and snow and so much more...Buffalo, New York. Left my job of two years to travel the US by car and South America by any means possible, so mostly long bus rides. I'm having a great time but I miss my guitar.

PHILOSOPHY

I think we all are all experiencing the same conciousness subjectively. We can all find beauty in musical vibrations and incredible landscapes. We all want to love and to be loved. Plus we all love food.

I see couchsurfing as a way to bridge cultures, life, and lifestyle whether I am on your couch or you are in my city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed a few times when I was traveling a few years ago, also attended some meetings while living in Groningen. Trying to get back into it and truly realize it's beauty.

Interests

I like to cook, currently learning by experience. Moving slowly to a more vegetarian diet.

Also love making noise, on a guitar, a drum--in New York I am slowly building a collection of instruments.

I love heights, climbing, skyscrapers, mountains, something about being on top of everything around you.

Exploration: it could be your backyard or some incredible landscape. I enjoy the thrill of changing your literal perspective by seeing from a different angle.

Photography: I am only an amateur but am gaining experience and knowledge slowly and surely by trial and error.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Probably what I am doing right now. I've done the 5 day 'w' trek in Torres del Paine, climbed on a glacier, stared down the center of an active volcano, narrowly avoided a guina attack, and loving every second.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you weigh all the ants and all the humans in the world, ants would weigh more. This fact continues to blow my mind.

I would really like to learn a few things about the piano :)
