Hiii, I'm Corby! I am a univerisity student on exchange in Lund University, Sweden. I come from sunny Queensland, Australia studying international relations. I love traveling and meeting new people. Being the first time in Europe, I wanna take the chance to travel around and hear stories from people on this side of the world. I have travelled to mostly asian countries such as Thailand, Combodia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, East Timor and also Canada. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe couchsurfing is the best way to meet the locals and experience the culture. Also, back in Australia my housemate has hosted people from around the world and I had an amazing experience hanging with fellow backpackers. Therefore, I wanna start my couchsurfing journey in Europe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was back in Brisbane, Australia.
I asked my friend: how far do you think we can go without spending a penny?
My friend: Maybe an hour away.
Me: I say Sydney (that's 1.5 hour away by flight)
My friend: NO WAYYYY
Me: let's figure it out
So we woke up at 7am started hitchhiking.
After 3 rides in 10hours, we arrived in Sydney.
Spent 3days travelling around, met three life-long friends from all around the world.
Still the best trip in my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Growing up in Hong Kong and Australia, I am exposed to a lot of different cultures. I'd love to share stories regarding cultural differences that I have seen growing up and traveling. Of couse also the crazy travel and urban exploration stories :)
I can teach Chinese.
I'm also currently learning video editting and film making, and that's the big part why I wanna travel too!
