CURRENT MISSION

We are on a road trip who drove us to northern BC and Alaska. Now we are going to San Francisco by the coast. Then, we will go north-east to arrive in Winnipeg, Mannitoba, around the 15th of September. And we will stay there for the winter time.

ABOUT ME

We are Vanessa & Corentin. We are enthusiastic couple frome Belgium (Europe). We arrived in Canada in January. We stayed 3 months in Vancouver during the Games (working and discovering the city). After that, we went discovering other sides of Canada by "wwoofing" : being volunteer in the country-side (in farms), in smaller communities, living in a family, discovering new people and exchanging experiences. Such a good time! ;-)

Then we bought a mini-van (we have called Bruce ;-) ) and we went with friends from Belgium trough the Rockies and Alaska (just amazing...). Now we are going to San Francisco by the coast before going to Winnipeg, Manitoba, by the USA. We will spend the winter time in Winnipeg before going back to Belgium in December.

Interests

We like reading, going to live theatres, watching movies, walking, discovering, laughing and exchanging. In Belgium, Corentin is a library manager and Vanessa is a pharmacist. We like to perform in live amateur theatre, play squash and badminton.

Both of us had really good moments when we played theatre. It's amazing to be someone else for 2 hours...

Teach, Learn, Share

If it's possible, Corentin may teach you the secret of the belgian beers. And if you can't sleep, he may explain you how Belgium is politically organized ;-)

We really appreciate to learn everything we can, especially live's experiences. And if you may teach us how to cook your favourite meal, it's perfect. Definitively, you have to learn some french words!

We like to share our sense of humour, our opinions if you want. And we really like to share a meal whit our host.
