About Me

Worked as a Human Resources Analyst in Toronto, Canada, before I quit my job and sold most of my things to bicycle around the world.

I'm relatively new to bicycle touring, but I have lots of experience with outdoor travel/adventure, especially hiking and canoeing. My biggest trip until now was independently paddling the full length of Canada's Mackenzie River north to the Arctic Ocean.

I'm always happy to help around the house and aspire to be your dog's best friend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Using Couchsurfing because I think it's a great way to connect with interesting people and get a local perspective on the places I travel.

When I think about the highlights of my recent travels, the names of and experiences I've shared with Couchsurfing hosts are what comes to mind. Although I started using Couchsurfing as a means of affordable travel, I now consider it one of the biggest reasons why I travel. .

I can honestly say that if I won the lottery tomorrow, you would still sooner find me on people's couches than at fancy hotels - although I'd probably show up with fancier gifts ;)

In short, I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to get to know interesting people like you!
