Overview
About Me
Hi! I am an Australian currently living in Sweden. I am a school teacher and I try to spend my holidays and long weekends travelling and exploring throughout Europe! I love sports such as football and tennis, billairds and table tennis as well as music. I also DJ in my spare time. I am always on the look out to make new friends to travel with ☺️
Backpacking throughout Europe has enabled me to understand the world in a different way. I have a strong desire to meet and make friends and connections all over the world. I have met strangers via couchsurfing and we end up travelling and seeing eachother months later! I want to make the most of my time in Europe by meeting as many likeminded people as possible and giving them the chance to visit me in Sweden also!
When requesting to stay, just send me a message and it should be fine. I know as a traveller accommodation can be expensive (especially in Sweden) so if you need a place to stay for a night or two just let me know your plans!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 21 I had never left Australia and had never travelled. Then I went on a four-week backpacking trip with friends around Europe and loved it. Once I came back to Australia I realised I was in my comfort zone a lot and just living each day with no real meaning. A few months later I graduated from my degree, volunteered in Nepal and then moved to Sweden. 2.5 years later and I am still here.
My favourite holiday spots I have travelled to since moving to Europe include; Russia, Albania and Croatia. I always have a fun time in Berlin, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Barcelona and London. I am always trying to go back to these cities. Tromso was also amazing to see the Northern Lights. Living in Europe has also made me realise how much I miss Australia. I can't wait to eventually go back and I recommend every one should travel to Australia once in their life!
Teach, Learn, Share
Life has taught me that everything always turns out alright in the end, so if everything isn't alright then it isn't the end! So cheesy but I always find that everything happens for a reason :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you some Aussie slang!
