Just one of many people who's realised the endless potential our lives hold, especially in the realm of travel. With that in mind my journey is to discover, create, explore, and share all that the world has to offer with everyone I meet on my travels :)

Currently travelling through Europe for a few months before moving to Canada. Keen to meet as many awesome people during this trip as I can, and start hosting once I've got my new place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To experience as much of this world as possible, expand my perspective beyond what I currently know, and ultimately find a way to turn all these experiences into something meaningful and beneficial for everyone.

Whether that's inspiring and motivating others to do the same, asking and finding the answers to some of the harder questions our world has, or some other possibility I'm yet to know, so long as I'm giving back in some tangible way and making progress everyday.. Then that's a life worth living.

Interests

Anything that tantalises my senses and makes me feel alive in a new and exciting way. Familiar experiences in foreign settings that create a sense of connection and perhaps a realisation of the whole oneness of it all are pretty sweet too.

This has really evolved over the years. Quite literally, I can vibe with pretty much anything. The fire sparks with old loves plenty when I'm feeling it too.

Hip hop / R'n'B - Aussie, American, Japanese, French, Spanish.. All countries, beats and rhymes, are dope. The 90's has a special place in my heart for hip hop too (36 Chambers for life).
Rock - Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Connan Mockasin, Slint, Primus - Older, newer, any sub-genre. Love it.
Blues - Stevie Ray Vaughan, Skip James, B.B. King, Muddy Waters, etc.
Jazz - Charles Mingus, Ray Charles, Bohren Und Der Club of Gore, Billie Holiday, Stan Getz, Nat King Cole, etc.
Electronic (Too many genres!) - Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Clark, Squarepusher, Sensient, Vaetxh, Sun in Aquarius, Tipper, Lorn, Max Cooper, etc. - This list could be never ending..

Music is just one form of art that I love, and I'm constantly searching for newer and more abstract, unique, or even challenging forms of art. You gotta try something new to break the bubble of what you know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm.. tough question..

I skateboarded a lot as a teenager, and kick flipped a 10-stair when I was about fourteen. Took many tries and I was aching all over by the end, but I was proud.

Living and working across many different bars in Japan was awesome too.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always trying to explore and grow by learning, teaching and sharing more. So, anything and everything really. What's mine is yours, and whatever we don't know yet is an opportunity to learn something new together.
