I'm a fun, goofy wanderer who loves to experience new things and make diverse friends. I used to work for a primate research project in Thailand and was looking to travel around Asia. That's how I got my introduction to couchsurfing. Now I've been living and traveling in China for about a year, still pursuing passions of traveling, learning and living sustainably.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Was looking to travel around Asia for some months on a very low budget! I met a lot of amazing people, and now I'm hoping to open my home to more folks who are trying to explore the world.

Spent a month living in a Taiwanese Buddhist monastery, including a week-long silent meditation retreat.

I've been teaching English to Chinese and Thai adults and children, and would love to learn more of both Chinese and Thai.
