I'm an Air Force officer and i have a MS degree in biomedical engineering. I'm a big geek and love fantasy novels, cartoons, superheroes, and video games. I have an 8 year old newfie.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I love action movies and tend to love kick-ass women (Kill Bill, Sucker Punch). I can get into any movie except for horror films

Books: I love fantasy stories mostly (City of Stairs, Mistborn, Harry Potter, The Night Circus) but I also read other fiction genres. I love a good classic like A Separate Peace

My favorite type of music is punk/alt rock. But if the song has good lyrics, I'll love it no matter the genre.

I'm an excellent swim coach! I'm a beginner with Russian but I could teach a few words.

I'd love to learn about foreign cultures and meet other people who can speak russian. I'm learning to draw and would love to meet artists.
