About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to become a fluent Spanish speaker while engaging in adventures. This is why I am planning to go visit Central and South America for as long as I can pull it off.

ABOUT ME

I have lived in Phoenix for the whole 21 years I have been around. Most of my education growing up was homeschooling. I started college when I was 15, never ended up getting a degree, and dropped out to work full time to save for travel. Finally, it appears that work has paid off and I'm off to Costa Rica for a while.

PHILOSOPHY

Take away the rights of no one, and never authorize anyone to take away the rights of others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I grew up listening to a lot of heavy metal. I still enjoy it, but now I also find myself listening to a lot of jazz, flamenco, hip hop, baroque, romantic era music, and 20th Century era classical music a lot.

I don't particularly enjoy movies. Not much to say there.

I love to read. I mostly read a nonfiction about philosophy, political science, etc. but some well-written fiction certainly has its place.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first thing that comes to mind is hiking to Havasupai in the Grand Canyon. Such a fantastic hike, view, and swimming.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been cooking a lot of plant based (vegan) food for my family lately... and they tell me that they actually enjoy it. People I cook for generally tell me that I do a good job. I enjoy serving people food and I am always happy to try to show what I am doing.
