My name is Corina Bello! I am currently living in San Diego, California where I work and a video game company designing sound effects. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have experienced couch surfing in the past when I lived in a bigger home and met some amazing people with whom I had some unforgettable moments. World travel has been one of my greatest passions for my whole life, I had the opportunity to travel a lot as a child as my father is from Barcelona, but as I grew up and went on to pursue my career path I no longer had time. I recently moved into a bigger home once more with my best friend as my roommate! We have an extra room and would love to open it up to travelers coming through San Diego in the hopes of making some awesome new friends!

Interests

Being active, experiencing the outdoors! I also love weight lifting and boxing. Good food and beer and wine are also a passion of mine- I'm a bit of a foodie. I am a music lover, I love almost all music- I don't really dig country music and most R&B but I can appreciate it for what it is

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a lover of electronic music, especially the less traveled roads of electronic music, away from the EDM craze- although I do love some of those genres as well. Some of my favorite artists are Moderat, Tycho, Purity Ring to name a few. As far as books I love so many, my favorite author is Anne Rice, I also have a fierce love for the Harry Potter novels, I read them during my teenage angst years so I feel they played a bit of a role in shaping who I am today. Movies I also love them all, I have a soft spot for cartoons especially the newer pixar ones like Despicable Me and Up (then again, who doesn't have a soft spot for those), I also love Tarantino films, Rob Zombie films as well. I am also currently obsessing over all TV and literature Anthony Bourdain is involved in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to New Orleans to participate in a relief trip from Hurricane Katrina- it was an amazing and rewarding experience and I left absolutely in love with the city. I hope to visit again soon.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to think I am a very positive and friendly person, my hope in couch surfing is to meet new friends, I so love meeting new people, experiencing new cultures and hearing their stories. I hope that I can share my stories and world views as well and engage in some over all good times. :)
