Hi!

My name is Ina and I come from Würzburg which is a small city in Germany. I started traveling at a very young age. I made my first trip on my own when I was only 17 visiting the party island, Palma de Mallorca, and from then on I was hooked.

Last year I decided to quit my job and travel the world full time. I started a travel blog (www.openmindtravelers.com) and plan to visit every continent on the globe. My dream is to travel and meet inspiring people all over the world and I want to share these experiences with everyone. I hope to encourage more young people to travel because there is so much beauty in the world and we are all in this together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing because I want to meet genuine people that love their city and can give me a taste of what it is like to be a local. I know that couch surfing is a great community website with amazing people and I want to be apart of it.

Interests

I am very interested in travel and culture. I love trying the local food, learning new languages and experiencing new culture. I love sharing stories and joking around and having a good time. I am very outgoing so I will try almost anything once.... and twice if I like it :)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is dance music because I love to dance and nice relaxing coffee shop music that is good to have conversations over. My favorite books are adventure books and inspirational stories. I don't really have time to watch movies because I am always out and about but when I do have time for movies i like romantic movies.... I'm a girl ok! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled alone to Thailand in 2014 on my first solo trip. I was so scared but I learned so many valuable lessons. I got my scuba diving license and a whole new world was open to me underwater. I love scuba and will go any chance I get.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a travel blog where I love to share inspiring stories with my readers and learn about new places from comments from my readers. I'm a dreamer and I love to plan trips and sometimes I skip planning all together and just go on adventures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am told that I am a very good cook so I am happy to cook for us. I also have really good stories to share. I am very friendly so I'm sure we will get along great and you will have a new traveler friend. :)
