I’m a very open-minded person who loves to laugh, have great conversations, and meet new people. I enjoy traveling alone, but I also appreciate connecting with others along the way—whether it’s locals or fellow travelers—who can show me cool places and join me for activities. That way, I get to meet new people all the time, and even though I’m traveling solo, I’m not always on my own. Plus, as a woman, it’s definitely a bonus to have some company from time to time!

I think it’s amazing that this opportunity exists—to stay with locals and have a better chance to truly experience the culture and surroundings. And to be honest, especially as a solo traveler, it’s also a budget-friendly option! 😄

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Boston for a year as an au pair, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had—it also played a big role in my love for the U.S.

I spent time in Portugal, where I did a surf and yoga retreat.
