ABOUT ME

We are a longlasting couple of graduate students (Corinne: Speech-Language Pathology, Maxime: Neuropsychology). We love to spend time with our friends, play boardgames, go out in pubs, watch movies, etc.

Otherwise, we dedicate ourselves to our respective passions: Psychology and Language. Besides, we just love to discuss about them! (We can spend hours just exchanging thoughts about how the brain works and how language is related to attention, and so on.)

We also put a lot of efforts being greener and greener in our everyday life (we bike to school, we compost, we re-use, etc.). We are always open to new ideas about that!

Music : Old Rock (Metallica, Gun & Roses), Metal et cie (Unexpect, Blind Guardian, Muse) and classical (orchestral movie or game themes)

Corinne
TV shows: Dexter, Game of Thrones, How I met your mother, True Blood, La Vie la vie, Nos Étés, etc., etc., etc. (I just love TV shows, but I never watch TV ;) )
Music: I don't listen that much to music, but I like to oldies (The Doors, Bob Dylan) and Québécois music (Vincent Vallières, Mes Aïeux, Pierre Lapointe, Jean Leloup)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maxime: Doing a PhD.

Corinne: Sailing on a big, antique wooden sailboat on St.Laurent River for a week.

Both: We played cowboys for real (chasing cows and all) and we have done dogsled in the woods. It was amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

Maxime would like to learn piano (he just bought a keyboard to learn by himself!).
Corinne may enhance your awareness of the structure of your language and the sounds used in it. You may never feel your own mouth the same way!
