Hi! I’m born and raised in Québec.
I’m always looking for learning about myself through great life adventures. i'm driven by travels, meet new folks and learning about the lifestyle and philosophy. I like observed the life with an open minded spirit and listening the signs and answers that experiences i'be been through it learned me. I think everything happens for reasons and I really love traveling with this philosophy. By accepting and trusting what is there.

I’m a relax, open-minded woman with a lot of positive energy! I like practicing various kind of sports, hiking, yoga and would like learning surf! I’m passionate in holistic nutrition and functional medicin. I went in food and catering school with the project to open a healthy bistro. But since a few years now, my dream grew up and evolved to became a holistic health practitioner (i'm currently in a distance studies in functional Medicine coaching programme in Chicago). The most of trip around the world that I've made were organized for learning how to live differently, in a sustainable and healthy lifestyle way.
I really appreciate good, whole, fresh and local food. I'm a foodies and Cook who looking forward for new flavor and dishes.
