Also Ive been a vegetarian for the last 10 years and vegan since Feb 2016 so I'm keen to experience great restaurants and learn new recipes.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Went to Kiruna, swedish Lapland with a bunch of friends, slept in a 6-bed cabin with 9 people, had a sauna but no bathroom (except for the outhouse) in the middle of nowhere while it was extremely cold outside. Despite all of these circumstances we were just speechless when we saw the marvelous Northern Lights. It was absolutely amazing and definitely one of the things of my swedish exchange I'll never forget.
