One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite memories includes road tripping through the Australian Outback. My friend and I rented a van and drove from Cains to Broome. This was our home. We slept under the milky way every night, awoke early with six-foot roos crossing the road, and searched for natural springs and waterfalls on the outskirts of the desert. When we arrived to Broome, we lived on a camel farm by the beach. There we were introduced to wonderful bushman who exposed us to spear fishing, camel rides, and a reminder of who we are. We bonded with one another and discovered a life long friendship, and laughed uncontrollably about the situations we put ourselves in.
