singer-songwriter, folky velvet sound weaver, kundalini yoga teacher, woodland-dweller, mountain-breather, candle-fire bon-fire sleeper, bird-talker, movie lover, loud-laugher, puddle-dancer....

兴趣

Music is my spiritual practice. It's been a long way through self-doubt and crazy times, to finally write my own songs and try to sing them to people as much as I can.

Living with Nature. The magic and stillness and aliveness and grace of the natural world is something I need as I need to take in the air. I love mountains, plains, woods more than I love cities. Lately I've been moving towards understanding the language of nature and animals. Very much interested in sustainable living and permaculture.

Kundalini Yoga - I am a teacher and I also love the chanting of the sacred mantras. It is such a powerful and empowering practice, teaching it gives you even a bigger high than practicing it

Dance. I discovered dance through dance and movement therapy. Also I experienced 5 rhythm dance. I used to think that dancing is not for me, but since I experienced the wonder of how the body can tell you answers to complicated questions or bring you back home to your inner source(even if just for a few moments) or awaken sleeping ghosts and wild creatures inside you...

LOVE vegetarian cooking...

I'm also tuned into different alternative healing methods. I love plants and therefore herbal healing, flower essences, essential oils, ayurveda. Aside from that, I also love affirmation work.

As of late, I am beginning to really love Country music - some of the olds like Kate Wolf and Townes Van Zandt and some of the new kids as well.

movies - "Bright Star", "Stealing Beauty", "As it is in heaven", "Dead Man", "Into the wild", "Arizona Dream", "Away We Go", "The Perks of being a Wallflower". What I seek in movies is a feeling, something I am left with, an energy...

Last amazing thing - lived for a year in the hills of Italy with two Kundalini yoga master teachers...so much love, clearing, light and fun...:)
