About Me
I never really like talking about myself and here goes... I was born into a Hutterite community where my family lived until I was 7, at which point we moved to a big city and I learned about life in the 'outside' world (as I still sometimes call it, and at which I always have a little chuckle). Having spent most of my younger years in nature, that is where you will find me the happiest! I value respect, sincerity, and playfulness, as those things have me feeling the most connected. I have a psychology degree for a reason, I love observing and analyzing human behaviour! My friends describe me as kind, compassionate, and thoughtful, and I KNOW I make a mean tuna melt. Over the years the funnest hobbies I have picked up are hula hooping, surfing, dancing, and eating :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite Music: anything melodic that feels good in my body!
Favorite Movies: psychological thrillers... ah the suspense!
Favorite Books: murder mystery/suspense, and anything that expands my mind and/or my heart (Women Who Run With the Wolves - if you are a woman, its a must read. Harry Potter Series - as a kid, this inspired my imagination and creativity)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A few full 360 tumble rolls while skydiving! (okay, I was just strapped on for the ride, but still...)
Travelled alone for 2 years around the world... as a female I think this is pretty amazing! (never really alone though, always meeting amazing people!)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm always down to teach yoga and meditation, play and learn fun new things, and share big smiles and heartfelt connections! Seriously, if you have some skill I don't know anything about, I will most likely want to see you in action and/or learn it myself :)
