I'm divorced with two children, 20 and 27! I moved from Peoria IL to Raleigh NC a few years ago, so I still need to update that part of my profile.

I am hoping that my children may be open to travelling some with me. There is a confidence that one can develop traveling especially when visiting with the locals and seeing the world through a strangers eyes.

I love playing board games, card games, even Dungeons & Dragons! I did a lot of traveling in my youth and hope to get back to that someday. I else enjoy participating in community theatre, and have a flare for acting! I have some plans on how to become a tic toc star someday, lol!

I traveled a lot when I was in my 20's, and then raising a family took priority. Now that my children are older, I hope to be able to do more traveling. I love meeting new people, gaining new experiences, and seeing the world.

I have an interest in photography.. I've mostly dabbled in portrait photography but I like photojournalism a lot as well and would like to do more with that on travels.

I love to play board/card games (and have an extensive collection of them) and am really good at Boggle!

I love playing sand volleyball, and hope to do more once I get something done about my bum shoulder.

I enjoy performing and participating in our local community theatre; I am a true thespian!
Acting is my truest passion!

I love to go dancing! Listening to a live band is best, but a DJ will do!!! I am hoping to learn some new dance moves with my wii Just Dance games, lol :)

I also enjoy volunteering and would be interested in doing something here and there on my travels too.

Favorite Music: I enjoy all sorts of music.... Contemporary Pop/Rock, 70's/80's/90's/...., Country, Christian Rock, even some Jazz, Blues, Bluegrass, Techno....

Movies: This is always hard for me... I'm not difficult to please in this department. I enjoy many different movies, Action, Drama, Comedy, Chick Flicks, Disney/Pixar, Thrillers,... Recently saw Pitch Perfect 2 and was dancing in my seat, thinking that I need to see it at the drive-in so that I can get up and dance and sing along!!

Books: Most of my reading is online... Sometimes, I read a magazine or book, or listen to a book on cd... Whatever I'm into at the time is what I'm researching, reading... Otherwise, I like cooking magazines/cookbooks/baking books, How to do/fix/make things for the house, Crafts, Psychology, Law (planning to go to law school), Books/Articles that will make me laugh... I also enjoy mysteries and the Paul Harvey books....

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Well, the TWO most Amazing Things I've done are have and raised my 2 beatiful children. I LOVE being a mother and it is the most rewarding experience I have ever had!

Aside, from that.. :)

I have sat in the rink of a cock fight in the Phillipines... I was treated like a special guest since I was the only non-native and girl there. That after white-water rafting with a local and then visiting his family was quite an experience. There are so many other stories that were amazing as well, but that's just one of them!!!
