ABOUT ME

Amia and I (Cory) grew up together in Seattle, drawn to one another by our mutual regard for blackberries, Arrested Development, other people, really long books, and ice cream. We are both Juniors at undergraduate universities. I´m studying biomedical engineering in Providence and Amia´s major is community health in Washington. This summer we´re traveling together through Central America, hoping to meet great and eclectic people and gain new life perspectives. Most of all we´re just glad to be out of the States!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We hope to meet all the wonderful couchsurfers we can while traveling and are eager to show anyone around Seattle, Bellingham, or Providence while we´re around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We just started! Talked to a few friends who had very positive things to say about couchsurfing so we thought we´d give it a shot.

兴趣

Cory´s interests: Cashell Bleu cheese, Papaya with lime, love, alpenglow, playing piano, making music with friends, recursive formal hierachies, emergence, natural selection, riding a bike at night, swivel chairs, listening to stories, being alive.

Amia´s interests: playing in mud, handball, milk (by the gallon!), polar bear swims, bushwhacking, cookie dough...the simple things in life.

Cory has performed with Wynton Marsallis at Lincoln Center in New York, playing trombone in a big band.

Amia has competed in The National Handball Collegiates in Arizona.
