Overview
About Me
I started exploring and going on adventures as soon as I was able. As a young child, I walked all over my neighborhood until I had seen everything I could see. Then I branched out and started exploring my town, then the Philadelphia region via bicycle and train. In addition to exploring the physical world around me, I am also very interested in exploring my internal world, getting connected with my thoughts and feelings so I can live with a deeper awareness of who I am and where I have come from. I love to learn about the worlds of other people as well. I love talking to people who value self-awareness and who desire a deeper connection with themselves. These kinds of conversations give me thoughts and ideas that spurn on further growth and inspire me to continue a life of learning and sharing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined couchsurfing during a solo trip to Puerto Rico in July 2011. I met many people from around the world while staying at a few hostels, and many of them mentioned this community and how much value they have both given to and gained from it. Since then I have couchsurfed once while on a motorcycle roadtrip through the southeast US and stayed with a most wonderful family in Florida. Unfortunately I am not equipped to host at present; however, I am eager to host in the future when I have the place and space to do so :-)
