Hariharalaya Healing Retreat: www.hariharalaya.com

As a traveling Permaculture activist, I am currently living in Cambodia to help empower people--Khmer people and travelers-- to develop locally adapted sustainable ways to live in harmony with the earth. Currently I am living at Hariharalaya Healing Retreat Center amidst the ancient Angkor temples facilitating an ongoing volunteer-driven effort to create an inspiring and abundant ecovillage at Hariharalaya. The intention behind this Permacuture project in sustainable settlement and community living is to serve the local community with knowledge and resources as well as to inspire and educate travelers and volunteers and guests who come to the meditation and creative retreat center.

PHILOSOPHY

be here now....and in the process create a way of living that we can sustain in case we are around later

Teach, Learn, Share

"Knowledge should be a refreshing and vitalizing force. It becomes so only through stimulating intercourse with congenial friends with whom one holds discussion and practices application of the truths of life. In this way learning becomes many-sided and takes on a cheerful lightness, whereas there is always something ponderous and one-sided about the learning of the self-taught." I Ching #58. Tui "The Joyous"

its a short sweet ride through a beautiful place, if you can't dig it its a real disgrace.
