ABOUT ME

I love movement: circus, parkour, free running, tricking, b-boying (breakdancing), martial arts (silat, serak, kuntao, capoiera), rock climbing, bouldering, and dance (swing/lindy hop, house, breakdancing, ballet, and contemporary).

PHILOSOPHY

I like to discover new things from physical movements to ways to look at the world. Through parkour I see the world as a series of obstacles, and I do what I can to prepare to overcome any of them at a moments notice.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel frequently for parkour and photography, I also regularly host tracuers and free runners on my couch in Denver, Colorado.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was involved with Couch Surfing a couple of years ago, but cannot find my old login info :/

One of my best friends surfed on my couch, mixed up the day he was leaving Denver, and we drove around all morning to find him another Couchsurfer driving all points East for him to get home!

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (book), I will watch just about any superhero movie, and my taste in music seems to change every week.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My most recent bucket list accomplishment was a backflip on the Great Wall of China and training with the Beijing and Shanghai parkour groups.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach. Passing along any and all knowledge that I accumulate. Also I am open to learning about anything.

My areas of passion include fitness, nutrition, public relations, marketing, advertising, visual communication, art, gymnastics, and sociology.
