About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To Have 20 Second Houses in the world!!

ABOUT ME

Now I work for a photographic magazine called "Kaze no Tabibito" (in English, it's called "A breath of Quest") including photos and articles over traveling, art, philosophy, history, anthropology, etc.

I think I have quite wide interests on the world, so love to hear your stories from all over the world!!

Oh, I should also say that I am quite a friendly, open-mind, and humourous person! Hopefully ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to contribute to your great stay in my country, and of course I also want to enjoy sharing time with you.
Then, I have only one thing to ask you a favor. In this stay, please BRING ME ONE BOOK of your favorite. Any books are fine - thin or thick, novel or poem, journal or photograph, whatever can be. But should be in your language!
I love books of their contents, of their materials, love different languages of their meanings and of their sounds! So would be really happy to talk about the book over good drinks and great music and my library collection!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since I travel many places for my work and stay hotels, most of my Couch Surfing experiences are as a host in Tokyo. Even when I stay in Japan, I like to live my daily lives with breeze from all over the world. So your stories from your place definitely make me fun and inspired.

Interests

I play tennis, love to drink (especially absinthe - the mad drink) and also make cocktails by myself, love to read, talk, sing, and discuss over any philosophical / political / cultural matters!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked as an English-Japanese interpreter on the world cruise ship and traveled around the world twice!! (more than 50 countries) I wish you don't tell me that my English still includes a number of mistakes! I am GOOD AT JAPANESE! Yes, this is really important skills for interpretation, haha. Surely it was one of the most impressive moments in my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

For my magazine, I am always looking for information of great creator/writer/academicians for composing pages. Although I have my own antenna for Japanese ones, for international creators, I would be really glad if you tell me your recommendation! (or even your own works!?)

Also, I always feel deep fun to learn new languages. I would to love to learn your language and also it's always welcome to teach you Japanese.

Parce que maintenant, j'ai commencé à apprendre le français, il est le bienvenu pour ceux qui parlent le français à rester à ma place et me donner une leçon!
