Do I have a mission? Maybe one that I am not aware of. Or maybe my mission is to give to descendants more than I got from predecessors.

And for sure is no room here for all, but let try.
Vegetarian since 91.

Married 2 years, divorced since then, but the ex is still close friend.

I do not practice the regular hobbies like drinking, eating watching tv, hanging in bars, but I have a lot of other hobbies, like reading writing, logical games, and many others left behind because of lack of time.

I am an environmentalist, as much as I can.

I volunteer when I see the point, especially spreading the game of Go.

And not of importance, but is here, I am disabled, left part of the body paralyzed, but still walking and independent.

PHILOSOPHY

Philosophy on what?
There is too much of that already.
I already told it.
We should let the Earth a better place that what we found, and this could be done consuming less, and restore the nature. There are so many amazing things to enjoy without burning oil or other things around us.

Oh, I can say, "Burn less oil and more brain."

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I admired this community for many years, but I am not quite a traveler, except for Go competitions, and my hosting abilities being little, I postponed to imply myself.

Now, I made this small step to offer couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Long ago, before I ever heard of CS, I hosted twice a dutch Go player.

And later he returned the service when the European Go Congress was near his village at Groningen in 2009.

And now, the experience is increased, the couchsurfers that tested my full of traps home, are too many to count on fingers.

Centres d'intérêt

There was so many things to grab my attention, reading, especially fantasy, movies of course, logical games, photography, writing too... a little, and many others, pointless now since time and energy allow to me to be active only in the main domains like the game of Go, internet, and survival.

One domain where I would like to contribute is green energy and protecting the mother Earth.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I am not easy to awe, but amazing is that after I was blacked out by something moving faster than sound, which took with it part of my skull and brain, I am still alive, though I was in clinical death 24 hours and two weeks in a coma.

But something that I can brag about, is the fact that one year i raised my own food for me and a brother too, in a small garden. The second brag is that two years I lived in a small cabin, 5 square meters, insulated by me, and in winters I heated it with an 100 w bulb. Here winters go well below freezing point. When it was 10 Celsius degrees under freezing point I added a second bulb. Above freezing point, my computer and myself provided enough heating. There was internet in that cabin, a shower too :)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I do not know what I can teach others.
My knowledge is so small.
But I can guide the steps of a beginner in the game of Go, or how to fix things without resources. But this is the old style of life.
I can tell few thing about computers too, but who really want to know computers can lean better from the free database named Internet.
