ABOUT ME

we live on capitol hill in Seattle, we are pretty low key folks who enjoy exploring our busy neighborhood and city. We don't drive much. I travel by foot and bus, Gina travels mostly by bicycle and bus. Green is good.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

found about couch surfing thru a co-worker, we hosted friends and family last year and think it would be fun to host visitors to our city through our home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have happily hosted a few travelers from near and far. I surfed in Portland,OR last August and can't imagine why staying in a sterile hotel room would even be considered since joining this group.

Intereses

I love observing life through drawing and photography,visiting new places, live music mostly of the folk and bluegrass variety. Gina likes film and volunteers as a technician with local orgs, she plays softball in the spring, her focus is on livin green. Last year we took a three week long camping/road trip, visited some beautiful National Parks and attended a Folk Music fest in Colorado.

we read alot! Gina likes non-fiction books about the planet and sustainability, my reads are largely fiction, if I pick it up and it grabs me i'll read it
