ABOUT ME
"Sociable, amiable, cosmo, bookworm and traveller"... These are some adjectives applicable to a hybrid fragmented self like me... Feel free to ask anything else you might like to know!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to make friends from different parts of the globe and to learn and experience their cultures, their beliefs, their stories, their poems and their myths...
Interests
I'm very much into literature, arts and cultures... Reading books, visiting museums, historical places, bookstores, galleries and exhibitions and so forth are among my interests...
I'm also a foodie type of person and always ready for any sort of food adventures.
Music, Movies, and Books
I don't really have a specific taste in music and movies... I usually listen to classics, film scores, folk music, pop, so on and so forth...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I should leave this part empty for now... :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I have the experience of teaching Persian language, literature and Old Iranian mythology both in academic and non-academic levels.
During my MA degree years, I've been extensively focused on Postcolonial and Diaspora theories as well as the Contemporary English literature of South Asia.
And since the beginning of my MPhil degree, I've shifted my academic interest into philology, literature and religions of Iran in its pre-Islamic and early Islamic ages.
Seems like I'm blowing my own trumpet a lot in this section... :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share many things with my hosts: my spirit, my culture, the languages I know, stories, poems, myths, history... and of course food (They say I'm a good chef if I ever feel like cooking anything... Lol)
