Hi! My name is Courtney, I'm 20 years old, and I'm a student at the University of Georgia. I'm studying Entertainment and Media and I hope to go into TV production when I finish school. In my spare time I love watching my favorite shows, going to concerts, and hanging out with my rowing teammates. I love traveling (who doesn't) and spent 5 months in Sydney Australia studying abroad last year. Eventually I hope to move to Germany for a while to learn German.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel but I'm on a student budget! I also love meeting new people and sharing stories. It's so much more fun to meet new people couch surfing than keep to yourself in a hotel.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Wow, I'm all over the place. I love going to concerts and most of my favorite bands are kind of indie/alternative types, but I've got pretty much every genre in my library.

Movies: Love a good comedy, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is one of my all time favs, also The Graduate. Recently, I've loved Spiderman, Baby Driver, Don't Think Twice, and The Big Sick.

Books: Harry Potter is definitely my all time favorite series. I also love autobiographies from my favorite comedians. Tina Fey and Aziz Ansari's books were amazing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I backpacked around Europe for a month by myself. That was pretty incredible. I learned a lot and made a ton of friends along the way!
