Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I created this account in order to not only get free room when I travel but to also get a more fulfilling experience while I travel. In the past when I have traveled and stayed in hotels and I have always ended up feeling a little empty inside because I never truly got to experience the local culture. If I leave a new place not making at least one friend and learning at least one new thing, than the trip was in vain.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to Tokyo, Japan on a study abroad trip and visited many places including the site of the Atomic Bomb in Hiroshima. That really changes your outlook on life and death.

I am knowledgeable somewhat in cooking, nutrition, yoga, health, and travel but am always looking to learn more from others, hopefully over a meal.

I love to cook especially for others and I can answer all of your nutrition questions. I also love to talk about life hike and do things in nature especially rock climbing as well as just hanging out and learning more about language and the culture of a country or person
