Hello! My name is Courtney, I'm 25 and in my fourth year of teaching. I have taught every grade from kindergarten to seniors and I love them all :) I like music, traveling, making connections, reading, binging on Netflix, barhopping and seeing local sites, hanging with friends, singing, playing guitar, learning new things... just about anything really. You would be hard pressed to find something I can't enjoy.

Looking to make some new friends who can show me around! Currently setting up for an extremely exciting trip in June. I haven't traveled in a good couple of years, so I'm psyched!

Music: I love just about anything. Classical, mariachi, j-pop, classic rock, country, Disney, Broadway...

Movies: Action and adventure, fantasy.

TV: Supernatural, Smallville, Family Guy, American Dad, Outlander, Sherlock, Orphan Black, Grimm, Bob's
Burgers, Lucifer, Blindspot, Jeopardy

Books: Harry Potter, Michael Vey, anything by Toni Morrison or Cornelia Funke, Outlander, currently reading the Olympus Bound series by Jordana Max Brosky. I love mythology and was actually dead set on becoming a museum curator when I was younger and taking a lot of art history and mythology classes. (Everything under the sun- ancient near east/Mesopotamian, Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Polynesian, African, etc.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've traveled to England, Spain, Ireland, Canada, Morocco, done some cool stuff and met some awesome people, and I'm hoping to expand the list.
