I have a dream, and I plan to accomplish it.

I've spent most of my life in Memphis kindling my skills as a professional baker. My goal is to eventually open a bakery of my own or find a bakery that fulfills the qualifications of what I planned to do. Either way, education of the community and use of wholesome ingredients matters a lot to me. I am more than willing to give you the entire spiel if you're curious.

Outside of my burgeoning career, I seem to have two modes to my personality: quiet, shy, and thoughtful or ridiculous and silly. If you look at my interests it probably easy to gather that I'm not a very physically active person. I do enjoy a walk through nature every now and then, but I'm not so dedicated as to do it in below freezing temperatures. I like getting coffee with friends and talking about our lives. I like drawing in sketchbooks and working on projects. I'm even kind of good at sewing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This website is amazing. I once lived in a coop that used this website on a regular basis to house and befriend travelers. Now, my goal is to use it to help me achieve my goal: to do a bunch of internships with impressive bakeries across the country.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd like to think that I'm an incredible baker and a passable chef. These are skills I'm comfortable teaching to other people. I also like to be emotionally supportive and be respectful of the people in my life, regardless of how long they're in it. Lastly, I know a lot of random facts and enjoy cleaning when I'm stressed or in a really good mood.
