CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to live simply and take long vacations! I love travelling and learning and I counter living up north with heading down south or across the country as much as I can.

ABOUT ME

I like trying new things, currently I enjoy rowing, biking, climbing, yoga, trapeze and aerial silks, acro, skiing, and snowboarding. Im pretty active and love the outdoors, I took nursing at Queen's University and left for New Zealand on a whim. I worked for a year in many odd jobs across the country and ended by bike touring the North Island and walking for 3 months across the South Island. Now I'm back in Canada looking for my next adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Honestly, I started out on couchsurfing to try and cut travel costs... The less I spend on accommodation the more places I can go! But after staying in Montreal and meeting a few people off couchsurfing I've realized that there are so many more experiences to gain and share when meeting people. I've taught acro yoga to hosts and been shown around small local areas I never would have known about. So revised answer; I'm on couchsurfing to meet new people!

Pretty much everything, I love anything involving the outdoors, being active, something I've never tried before... Whenever I actually have free time I tend to want travel or try something new

Music, Movies, and Books

Embarrassingly enough I love reading young adult fiction. Take that to mean what you want to. I'm so far behind in movies that I don't see the point in even trying to catch up, but sometimes I spend hours addicted to books or series or authors until I've read everything.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to teach and depending on what apparatus I have with me we could play with acroyoga, aerial silks, lyra, static trapeze, etc. I love trying new things as well so if you are looking for someone to try something with you I would love to be that person. I can also (attempt to) cook for you if you would like, but full disclosure: I'm pretty mediocre.
