I find peace in nature and feel the most at home in green parts of the world. I grew up in Florida, but am I mountain girl at heart! I love traveling and connecting, preparing and sharing healthy meals with others, and moving my body to music. Right now I'm living in Aspen, Colorado and am learning to ski!
