About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Grow up. At the age of 24, Haven't yet had a fixed address!

ABOUT ME

Working in the oil and gas industry with minimal time off. So the adage is super true in my case: work hard and play hard. I'm open to new experiences, adventures, cultures and conversations! To date I've lived and worked in: California, Malaysia, UAE, Myanmar, Norway and Italy.

PHILOSOPHY

There's no point being unhappy for a period of time, with a sight to a better future. Live for what makes you happy right the very now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Honestly, not at all yet, just joined but I heard it's a great way to make friends!

Interests

I studied geology so one of my main pasttimes is rock-gazing, which really involves ambling about off the path. Big fan of music, from three different spectrums like dub and reggae to jazz to house/drum and base.

There's a lot of things I enjoy doing (although few things I'm good at doing): cooking, dancing, sailing, exploring, ambling, singing, reading etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: adventure films, about treasure and secret maps.
Music: mostly electric (I don't really know how to dance to anything else)
Books: classics, big fan of the victorian era, always feel exceptionally educated when reading it. Although my favourite books would probably be the Garth Nix series of Abhorsen (child days).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sailing on a tall ship through the English Channel. Working as part of a crew to keep it going and the struggles of weariness juxtaposed with excitement was awesome. We sailed as a fleet and at one point, when I was on the bow and bunch of dolphins dove around us. It was insane.
