I am relaxed - almost always smiling - and have fun doing pretty much anything! I love to be active and meet new people.
I am originally from the United States and have travelled to 43 U.S. states and throughout parts of Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

I currently live in New Zealand with my partner and am about to begin postgraduate study in Coastal Engineering.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best part about travelling is meeting new people and getting immersed in the local culture! I hope to take away new perspectives, happy memories, good conversation, and hopefully new friends wherever I go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This year I got to see kiwi birds in the wild, and touch a baby one as well. They have so much spirit! It was really special to me!
