I'm a music performance major at Eastern Illinois University. I love to travel, but I'm not look for the touristy things to do. I want real cultural experiences. Hopefully seeing the world will inspire my music.

I'm on Couchsurfing because being in college limits how much money I can spend on travel. I don't want to wait to travel because life is short and I want to live now.

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music, I like just about everything except for county.
I'm a big fan of films in general. So I'm down to watch pretty much any movie.
I like sci-fi books, travel books, language books, etc. I love a good local book store, so I will definitely be stopping by one or two on my trip.

Being a percussionist, I've taught lots of private lessons over drums. I would love to share any useful skills with anyone who is curious or wanting to learn.
