Hi! I'm a breathworker, massage therapist, and general life enthusiast looking to continually expand my edges and take in the magic of being alive in a human body at this time. Despite or perhaps thanks to the current state of the world, finding creative ways to connect authentically with other humans and appreciate the natural beauty of the earth feel fundamental to my being at this time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because Couchsurfing offers a new model for how we can connect, spend time with each other, and move through this world, and I am fully in support of it.

Interests

I love spending long hours in nature tuning into the changes of the light and wind and movement of creatures big and small. I love getting lost in unfamiliar places...I am passionate about the healing powers of dance, meditation, and the breath.

I am both an adventurous, free spirit who loves to explore new places and activities as well as an easygoing/at times introverted soul who is happy to read and write all day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Formed beautiful friendships with spiders. Sat in the forest and meditated until I had birds and butterflies landing on me. Sang to a wasp that sung sweetly back. I used to be more of a seeker of thrill-inducing experiences but these little moments of affinity with the more-than-human world fulfill me more than anything these days.
