Hello, I'm a 26 year old lady. I live in Raleigh NC with my boyfriend Kevin as well as my dog Thomas and rabbit Bruce. Both Kevin and I work in nearby restaurants and drink in nearby bars. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have thought about joining for a while. I love meeting new people and showing them around wherever I am. I also want the chance to see where other people love to go. I find when visiting a new city. Having someone who knows the lay of the land is quite helpful.

I'm generally interested in most things. I love to read Wikipedia when I'm watching a historical show. I just enjoy life and want to experience more of it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a variety of music. But normally it's some sort of indie (alt j, tame Impala, Sylvan Esso), metal (whores, red fang, queens of the Stone age), electronic (moderat, carpenter brut, dj Hanzel) or 60's -70's music.

Movies, I honestly don't watch many movies. Kevin loves movies and is slowly having me watch all the classics. I had never seen the Godfather until this year!

I'm also not an amazing reader, not great at concentrating in long doses. Most of my books are educational (cooking or gardening) while Kevin has all the philosophical and more traditional books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In college I did my study abroad in Munich. I stayed with 3 host families. All amazing people. Part of the reason I want to do this is because they so graciously opened up their home for me.
