ABOUT ME
It's been a while between drinks with couchsurfing for me and I was going to delete all below and begin again. But then there would be no reminder of how it is we all change, I have a great theory on change, ask me if you've got some time in your life to spare. I like conversations, about anything, letting them wander and being amazed at where they end up. I like people who are passionate, passionate about anything, whether I agree or not, I'll listen and learn. Stories, I like stories, I like telling stories, I like hearing stories, stories you're proud of, stories you're not so proud of, we all have stories. I also think we need much more openness and honesty in our interactions with each other, it's becoming more difficult to uncover the genuineness we all have within us. So on that note, you can expect I will always be honest.

I'm quiet but loud, dumb but smart.

I keep changing this as I travel, maybe I am becoming more mature or perhaps becoming more insane. Like many others I find it hard to crap on about myself. But I guess I'm a pretty different person, never met anyone like me. My mum also says I'm special. I like the countryside more than big cities. I also like to drink and make a general fool of myself. I'm usually a little shy at first and then get a bit more rowdy. Hopefully this self-description hasn't dented my chances of being hosted or hosting. Ok Bye.

I have surfed more than I have hosted as a result of not being able to remain still. But I do hope to become more involved again once, or if, I find myself able to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had some awsome couch surfing times so far in and hope to have many more both surfing and hosting

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

French films are good- The Dreamers, Hunting and Gathering. Donnie Darko, Josie and the Pussycats (sad I know). Chili Peppers, Angus and Julia Stone, The Kills, Kaiser Chiefs, Lisa Mitchell, Emiliana Torrini, Sarah Blasko, Mountain Goats, Bee Gees, . Books - Generally non-fiction, not biographies but things like climbing and travel books. Must say I did like the Harry Potter books. Other authors - Ken Follet, H G Wells, George Orwell. Audio books are a favourite of mine too.

Well I think it would be great to have more than one language. English is to easy to get by with and I think English speakers get lazy sometime. French is probably at the top of the list.
Can't say I have too much to offer except for talking about random things although I do read a lot and know some useful things. I guess once I travel more I will be able to share those experiences and share them with those who are interested. I have found personal recommendations to be the best thing when travelling.
