I'm a special education teacher. I'm from Maribor, Slovenija but I spend most of my time in Ljubljana where I work. I LOVE to dance and I love portuguese language (and learning different languages in general).
I left a huge piece of my heart in Porto, Portugal where I spent some months as an Erasmus student and another part of my heart was stolen from 3 little monsters in Seville where I spent some months as an au pair. I left many little pieces of my heart in all the places I already visited but I still keep many more pieces that are still waiting to find their place in the world.
I love animals, I have 2 dogs at home. I love my family and friends. I like to dance, travel, act childish, quite often I enjoy being lazy, ...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a CS member for a looong time before I gained the courage to actually experience it. Now I feel stupid because I've waited for so long. Every CS experience I had till now is unique, interesting, special and made my trips absolutely unforgettable.

兴趣

I enjoy in discovering what makes me happy. I love dancing afro-latin dances, especially kizomba. It became huge part of my life so if it happens I host you, be ready to go out to dance because social dancing in the evenings became my daily routine. When I'm dancing everything else just dissapears and I feel.. perfect. I dance almost every night but I don't go out to party too often and I don't drink too much so don't expect me to go out to party with you if you host me or if I host you.
I love being surrounded by people, I enjoy cuddling animals that I like and trying to lose fear of those I'm afraid of (quite many), I like to taste the tastes I've never tried before (and there are also some that I love to taste over and over again.. Chocolate for example), I love to smell all the fragrances world has to offer (especially those that smell of jasmine), I enjoy listening to the sounds around me (I don't use headphones too often), I love to laugh, I like to see everything in a positive way.. When something bad happens I try to dance it away and deal with it with a smile on my face :)

I love movies with Leonardo DiCaprio because for me he's the best actor in the world. I like to watch good movies, although I admit.. sometimes I like to watch some cheezy crap too :)

I love to read different types of books.. Some of my favourites are 11 Minutes, Siddhartha, Adultery, Tuesdays with Morrie, The Alchemist, Harry Potter...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The most amazing thing I've done in my life is finding out what completes me and makes me happy. I think there are too many people who are searching for that for all of their lives.. unsuccesfully x)

My list before that discovery:
Holding a spider in my hands although it almost made me cry because I'm totally afraid of spiders.
Jumping from a Don Luis bridge to the river Douro in Porto although it almost made me cry because I'm totally afraid of heights.
Eating worms in the jungle and snails in Morocco although I still think this is pretty disgusting.
Sleeping in a hammock for one night in the middle of the rainforest.
Living in Porto for 5 months as an Erasmus student because I got out of my comfort zone, fell in love with this city and started to enjoy my life even more .
Working in Seville as an au pair where 3 little monsters stole my heart. :)
