About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To hike, walk, run, jog, ride ramshackle buses, fly, ski, and vagabond around south america with one of my best friends, using any and all couches offered.

ABOUT ME

This is hard. I'm a nerd 90 percent of the time. Im into video games, chess, models, computers, literature, all in excess. But not literally in excess.

Im going to South America for 6 months july 1st with my friend Alex Glorioso, and I'm hoping to gain some insights into the human condition on my trip. New people, new experiences, getting out of my comfort zone, I'm looking forward to all of this.

In the end, I can talk your ear off or listen to you for 6 hours (Ask Alex).

PHILOSOPHY

Shared human experience is one of the most comforting things in the entire world.

We all suffer, we all become elated, we all love. The fact that someone has had this same experience or feeling as you and is still going gives me a sense of brotherhood and belonging that's hard to find elsewhere, and I haven't even met them yet.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I'm hoping to surf for 6 months, but once I'm settled in Chicago, I'll definitely host for awhile.
