HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm happy to grab coffee and show someone around San Francisco, and eventually I'll have a place where I can host. Right now, I'm mostly in travel mode.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed most recently at a friend's place in Quito, Ecuador. It was lovely, only slightly terrifying at times, and it got the itch started that now has me going to Europe.

Interests

I've recently taken up backpacking, and for a long time I've been into translation and natural language processing. I like to read and to cook, and great conversation (especially about books and movies) is always welcome.

I'm reading through all of the Hitchhiker's Guide books at the moment. I've been working on Infinite Jest for longer than I care to admit.
