ABOUT ME
I am married with Susy, live in Colombia and have three beautiful dogs.

I was a backpacker years ago, I have travelled almost the whole American continent and europe, and I love meeting new people.

I have a massage company in Colombia where I am one of the therapists, and I actually love doing massages, so whenever I can help one of my friends with one, I happyly do it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We backpacked with Paolita (my best friend) through South America, Central America, United States and Europe. Specially in South America we surfed many couches :)
Here in Bogota we also join many couchsurfing activities, such as parties and soccer games. So we have met a lot of people through this social network.

Mochileamos con Paolita (mi mejor amiga) a través de Sudamérica, Centroamerica, Estados Unidos y Europa. Especialmente en Sudamérica hicimos uso de muchos sofas :)
Aquí en Bogotá también nos hemos unido a muchas actividades de couchsurfing, como fiestas y partidos de fútbol. Así es que hemos conocido mucha gente a través de esta red social.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had espectacular experiences with CS! I love it! I love having the opportunity to share with different people all the time, I love hearing different life stories, I love sharing the way I see the world and I love taking advantage of this experience and learning from the people who open the doors of their lifes to share it with me and teach me every day new things... The best about CS is not saving money, but taking from the trip those things that are forever, friendship!

He tenido experiencias espectaculares con CS! Me encanta! me encanta tener la oportunidad de compartir con gente tan diferente todo el tiempo, me encanta escuchar diferentes historias de vida, me encanta compartir mi forma de ver el mundo y me encanta sacar provecho de esta experiencia y aprender de las personas que abren las puertas de su vida para compartirla conmigo y enseñarme todos los dias cosas nuevas... Lo mejor de este asunto no es ahorrar dinero, sino llevarse del viaje algo que dura para siempre y son las amistades!

Teach, Learn, Share

During my backpack experiences I lerned soooooo many things, I had the opportunity to hear many kind of stories, life stories! Some of the things I learned...

- Family is the most important in life!

- If you don't feel comfortable in any place or with any person just go away! you don't have to be there!

- Trust your heart

- Give everything you can, you will receive at least the same you gave

- Remember always that there are people that have more problems than you and they are reallll problems not like yours!

- Never underestimate the power of a smile!

- Don´t interrumpt people when they are talking to you, if you do you can lose the the opportunity to learn something really important

- If that that you wanted didn't happen ... take it easy... it is because it was the best for you!

- Don't waste your time fighting with people, use it to do what you like in life!

Mmmmm to learn... everything... as much as you know as much you realize that you don't know anything

Durante mis experiencias mochileras he aprendido muchisimo, tuve la oportunidad de escuchar muchas historias diferentes, historias de vida! Algunas de las cosas que he aprendido...

- La familia es lo más importante en la vida!

- Si no te sientes cómodo en algún lugar o con alguna persona, solo tienes que irte! Tu no tienes porque estar ahí!

- Confía en tu corazón

- Da todo lo que tu puedas, recibirás al menos lo mismo que diste.

-Recuerda siempre que hay personas que tienen más problemas que tu y que problemas reales, no como los tuyos!

- Nunca subestimes el poder de una sonrisa!

- No interrumpas a la gente cuando te estén hablando, si lo haces, podrías perder la oportunidad de aprender algo realmente importante.

- Si eso que querías no sucedió... tranquilo... seguramente fue lo mejor que te pudo pasar!

- No pierdas tu tiempo peleando con las personas, úsalo para hacer las cosas que realmente te gusta hacer en la vida.

Mmmmm para aprender... todo... entre más sabes más te das cuenta de que no sabes nada!
