ABOUT ME

I'm passionate about food. Where it comes from, transforming it, and sharing it. My front teeth don't touch so I find it difficult to eat very thin things (i.e. the seaweed in sushi and certain leafs). I get a thrill from riding my bike past cars that are stuck in traffic.
