ABOUT ME

I've lived in the same area for the 26 yrs I've been on this planet and it's time to finally see what it has to offer. I'm very passionate about life and living one that I'm proud of. I live to help others. As a Personal Trainer/Crossfit Coach and a Fascial Stretch Therapist I help people physically move and feel better and equally as important I also help people think and feel better mentally. Mind and body are absolutely connected. Crossfit is my passion and takes up the majority of my time but I enjoy everything. I love outdoorsy and active stuff. Also need my down time to relax and hang loose. I like to think I'm pretty witty... except when it comes to writing things online... I'm way better in person haha.

Ooooh the personal philosophy question. This one gets tricky. Lets say this: I'm very intelligent and extremely open-minded and can at times be a walking contradiction. I'll have to come back to this one later...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Once I finally have a place of my own and have the accommodations I would love to start hosting people. I love meeting new people and, as I mentioned above, helping people. Also, playing a tour guide is another excuse to be a tourist yourself and learn more about your own area as well. :-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't done any legitimate couch surfing... just your standard sleeping on friends couches after a night out haha... but waking up on the couch with all of my friends around me to hang out with is one of the things I enjoy most :-)

Interests

Crossfit, hiking, beach lounging, learning new things, trying new things, getting to know people, I like taking pictures but in no way could call myself a photographer... maybe one day; I think the better question here would be what AREN'T my interests
