ABOUT ME

I am a happy person, pretty much always giggling about something. Love to have fun and connect with all friends, new and old. I often feel I am overflowing with joy and I like to spread it....smiles are contagious (especially when they are connected with huge amounts of laughter).

PHILOSOPHY

My biggest passion is connection and healing. Community, family, and friendship are love in my world. My goal in this lifetime is to reach as many people as I can by facilitating healing through loving connection and taking my place in healing this world for the highest good.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been couch surfing twice while in Australia, both wonderful experiences. And I have also been surfing with some friends of friends in New Zealand. I have also done a fair share within the US with friends of friends not necessarily connected to couchsurfing.com.

Interests

I love rock climbing, hiking, running, biking, and swimming and millions of other things in the summer. In the winter I love to snowboarding, sledding, and jumping into powdery pillows of snow. I like to allow my creativity to flow through art; ceramics, painting, jewelry, knitting.... I also love to practice yoga and meditation on and off the mat.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not watch a lot of movies but I am drawn to documentaries and comedy. Books, well I like a lot, mostly non fiction involving some sort of self expansion, but a good story is always nice. Music mmmm.... love love love music!! Pretty much all but not so into the heavy angry stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing that always stands out in my mind was flying over a lightning storm and watching it the bolts explode from the top of the clouds. It was breath taking!
