I dedicated 6 months last year to a care centre looking after handicapped, frail, aged people through a financial crisis and helped to turn it into a a self dependant, sustainable home, securing apron. 365 patients and 200 staff.

I haver travelled extensively through my own country and surrounding African country's, so have a few interesting stories and a wealth of information about them.

Am able to cook a great meal, especially those that are unique to my country and province.
