ABOUT ME

Hey I'm Craig! I'm from London but have spent the past 7 summers working at a childrens surf camp in San Diego as an arts director. I love my job as it also gives me the chance to travel and see amazing places and meet interesting people! I have met some of the most amazing people whilst travelling and I like to think of myself as an open minded and creative person.

I can't host anyone at the moment but I like to think that the hosts that I do meet will always have somewhere to stay if they were ever to visit london! I have couch surfed in Scotland and America and have met some amazing people and made great friends wherever I have been.

I enjoy travelling, meeting new people and going on adventures. I like keeping active and love to surf, hike and play basketball. Music is a big passion of mine as well as art and design. I am a bit of a geek and love movies of all genres. I also love teaching and coaching children of all ages as a teaching assistant and summer camp counsellor.

I have a wide taste in music from pop to hip hop and everything in between. I enjoy listening to jack Johnson & Ben Howard when in big cities as it reminds me of being by the ocean. Most recently I have been listening to twenty one pilots, of monsters and men, Mumford and suns, aloe blacc, john legend and ed sheeran.

I enjoy anytime of movie that grabs my imagination like Star Wars, lord of the rings, eternal sunshine, Pixar and studio ghibli and when it comes to TV shows I basically geek out on series like walking dead, lost, fresh prince-still funny now!

Where to start! I've been lucky enough to travel to pretty much every state in America and on the way have swam with dolphins, camped with bears, had shoes stolen by coyotes, hiked to the top of angels landing, been in waterfalls and lakes, watched the sunrise and sunset in the Grand Canyon, meet lifelong friends and in the coming weeks will be on a road trip from one side of the states to the other!
